Dual Berettas

The Dual Berettas, formally designated as the Beretta 96G Elite II and commonly known across Counter-Strike communities simply as the "Dualies," represent the ultimate expression of rapid-fire akimbo handgun combat in Counter-Strike 2. Offering a combined magazine capacity of 30 rounds (15 rounds in each handgun) backed by a massive 120-round reserve, the Dual Berettas turn close-quarters defensive chokepoints into impassable funnels of lead. Available to both Counter-Terrorists and Terrorists, the Dual Berettas have evolved from an occasional novelty into a feared, highly specialized tactical option on opening pistol rounds. Ballistically, the Dual Berettas fire 9mm ammunition outputting 38 base damage with an armor penetration rating of 57.5 percent. In the opening pistol round of each half, where attackers rarely possess helmets and frequently rush without Kevlar vests, a single headshot from a Dual Beretta inflicts lethal damage at close range. More importantly, the weapon semi-automatic fire rate is limited only by how rapidly the player can click their mouse button, reaching up to 500 rounds per minute. This allows an operator to unleash a torrential storm of bullets into tight corridors such as Banana on Inferno, B-Apartments on Mirage, or Monster on Overpass. The tactical strength of the Dual Berettas lies in their ability to repel coordinated multi-man rushes. When a CT anchor holding Inferno Banana is confronted by five sprinting Terrorists wielding Glock-18s, a standard 12-round USP-S can be easily overwhelmed by sheer numbers. With the Dual Berettas 30-round reservoir, however, the defender can continuously discharge both pistols into the pack, securing multiple eliminations and punishing aggressive entries without having to pause for a vulnerable reload. Furthermore, running accuracy with the Dualies is remarkably high, enabling players to advance aggressively while firing. Priced at an accessible $300, the Dual Berettas represent one of the most popular pistol-round upgrades in competitive play. Counter-Terrorist teams frequently designate a single player—often nicknamed the "Dualies turret"—to purchase the pistols alongside a smoke or flashbang, or have an unarmored teammate drop the Dual Berettas to an armored teammate. An armored player wielding Dual Berettas on round one is virtually unstoppable in close-range engagements, able to absorb Glock tagging while firing an unrelenting stream of high-damage rounds. Esports history features iconic Dual Berettas moments that became viral sensations. Former Team Liquid star and legendary rifler Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski famously utilized the Dual Berettas on Inferno Banana to completely dismantle full-team Terrorist rushes in international tournaments. Similarly, in modern CS2, defensive anchors like mezii and rain regularly deploy the Dualies on tight maps to secure opening defensive momentum. In the skin marketplace, the Dual Berettas boast a wide variety of colorful and artistic finishes that showcase both pistols in symmetry. The Dual Berettas Cobra Strike from the Operation Hydra Case is a premier collector favorite, accompanied by the vibrant Twin Turf, the tactical Royal Consorts, the sleek Urban Shock, the colorful Flora Carnivora, and the classic Dualing Dragons. The Dual Berettas remain an essential and exhilarating specialized tool in Counter-Strike 2.
