Wiki
David ‘Moo’ Hull is a professional Dota II player from the United States of America, who is currently playing for the team IV Zoomers.
Career
At the age of 14, Moo was inspired by the players’ Destiny and Catz to become professional gamers. While initially being a Starcraft player, Moo lost interest in this game and turned to Dota II.
He started playing in Sunday Evening Cup Series, FaceIt, and NEL to eventually rise through the ranks in the North American Dota II scene, enough to get attention from pro teams. Moo joined his first professional team, Root Gaming, on the 8th of May, 2015. He then joined Team Fire, which was subsequently picked up by Team Archon.
After shameful results in the Shanghai Major, Moo left Archon and joined Digital Chaos. David Hull was able to compete at TI 2016 after defeating CG 3-2 in the finals of TI 2016 Americas Qualifiers. He played a pivotal role for Digital Chaos in the match against EG, when he played Beastmaster. In this match, despite being down by experience and gold, DC used a split-pushing tactic (while avoiding direct fights) and managed to get mega creeps while they left their Ancient exposed. This led to an eventual demolishment of EG’s Ancient. After this stint, he joined Complexity Gaming as their offlaner.
Awards and Achievements
David ‘Moo’ Hull was ranked one of the top offenders in the Dota II 2016 TI. In TI6, he was one of the top performers with an overall average of 3.70 KDA in the series. His role Beastmaster has a 90% win rate across the TI, and his signature ‘Timbersaw’ garnered 75 %, with an average KDA of 4.35.
