Team Spirit is one of the leading teams in the CIS region and has won multiple tournaments.
Team Spirit is a CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) esports team that was founded in 2013. The team is based in Russia and has players from all over the CIS, including Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. They are one of the most successful CIS teams, having won multiple tournaments and championships.
Team Spirit’s first big win was at the StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 3, where they defeated Na`Vi in the finals. This was followed by a win at the World Cyber Arena 2015 European Qualifiers, where they again defeated Na`Vi in the finals.
In 2016, Team Spirit won the ESL One Cologne 2016 CIS Qualifier, defeating HellRaisers in the finals. This qualified them for the main event, where they went on to finish in 9th-12th place.
The team had a successful 2017, winning the SL i-League Invitational Shanghai and the CIS Minor Championship – Boston 2018.
2018 was a tough year for Team Spirit, as they failed to qualify for The International 2018 and had several disappointing results. However, they bounced back in 2019, winning the WePlay! Dota 2 Tug of War: Radiant and finishing in 2nd place at the MDL Disneyland Paris Major.
Team Spirit is one of the most successful CIS teams and has a history of winning against some of the best teams in the world. They are a force to be reckoned with and will continue to be one of the top teams in the CIS region.
